Pamela Davis is the founder and CEO of Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. (ACRG). Since 1995, she has assisted thousands of health care providers in recovering millions of dollars from unpaid, underpaid and unfiled closed Workers’ Compensation claims. Under her direction, Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. has grown to be the largest service provider of its kind in the nation.

As a claims recovery expert, Davis is invited to speak at seminars and Continuing Educational programs across the country, including the American Academy at Texas Tech University and both the Illinois and California Chiropractic Associations. She has been featured on television shows such as Channel 8 News, FOX 4 Insights, CNN Headline News, Good Morning Texas and named a "Healthcare Hero" by the Dallas Business Journal.
Her extensive experience in insurance and cost containment spans more than 20 years. She is a member of the Better Business Bureau, and is on the Board of Directors for the Plano Arts, Cultural Endowment, Eagles in Flight, and The Family Place. Pam Davis is an active member of eWomenNetwork, and various other women-owned business groups. She was featured on the cover of the book Fearless Women Fearless Wisdom.

Richard Davis is the President and Director of the Sales dept. for Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. He has been a primary force behind the phenomenal growth of Advantage Claims Recovery Group. Richard has directed many of the advancements that have propelled Advantage Claims Recovery Group, to the nationally recognized position that we now enjoy. Through his leadership, dedication and energy Advantage Claims Recovery Group, has grown nearly 200 percent in the past several years.

Richard is a familiar face representing Advantage Claims Recovery Group at many of the state and national conventions. He takes pride in involving Advantage Claims Recovery Group insupport of professional association's recognition and award programs, such as the Chiropractic of the Year award.
Richard attended UCLA and has also worked as an Electronic Engineer. He volunteers his time to both community and church projects. In his leisure time Richard enjoys his family and is enthusiastic about sports and continues to participate in sports.
Richard thrives on the opportunity to explain our services. He welcomes each new opportunity to present Advantage Claims Recovery Group to the nation’s providers.
